The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Poniatowski darts in and clinches Hogan up against the cage.

Poniatowski manages to break the clinch.
Hogan closes the distance and clinches up with Poniatowski, looking for a takedown. Hogan pushes Poniatowski against the cage but Poniatowski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Hogan has gone for a leg lock! Poniatowski slips out almost immediately though and dives into Hogan's guard.

Hogan fails to land the takedown.
Hogan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Poniatowski tries to avoid it but Hogan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Poniatowski to the ground. Poniatowski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hogan has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hogan wants to stay close but Poniatowski steps back to make room for something. Hogan seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Poniatowski and Hogan drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
