Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jacques Grande (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Berdugo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grande comes to the cage accompanied by I Drove All Night. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacques Grande!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Andrei Berdugo!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Berdugo - just one landing.
Grande tries to bum rush Berdugo with a series of wild strikes but Berdugo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Berdugo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Grande on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Grande keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Berdugo.

Berdugo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Grande is trying to defend but Berdugo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Grande is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Berdugo.
Berdugo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Grande takes a swing at Berdugo's ribcage but misses.
Berdugo uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Grande has time to react.

Berdugo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Berdugo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Grande sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Berdugo somewhat.

Berdugo has his foot on Grande's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Grande works his way back into a safe position though.

Grande throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Berdugo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Andrei Berdugo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Berdugo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
