The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Linvail shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Aurelio counters with a slapping leg kick.

Linvail tries to score a body lock takedown but Aurelio shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Linvail throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Aurelio's waist but Aurelio gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Linvail off to one side.

Aurelio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Linvail.

Linvail takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Aurelio manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Linvail on his heels. He'll look to pass Linvail's guard now, I'm sure.

Linvail changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Aurelio tries to avoid it but Linvail manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Aurelio to the ground. Aurelio escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well Aurelio has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
