Dodson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bed Intruder Song. Szymon Nowak had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nowak tries to clinch up

and Dodson counters with a shoot takedown. Nowak fights it but they end up in guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Nowak escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dodson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dodson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Antione Dodson has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Nowak isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Dodson stacks Nowak on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Dodson!

Dodson is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Nowak goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Dodson!
