The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Gostos A scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Cruz doesn't seem bothered though.
Nice straight punches there by Gostos A. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Gostos A.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Gostos A enables Cruz to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gostos A manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Cruz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Gostos A looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Cruz is defending well. Gostos A quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Cruz has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gostos A celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Map Gostos A opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
