The crowd seem to be enjoying McPot's choice of entrance music: D.T.A.P. - Nephew. Smokey McPot is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McPot has taken the fight to the clinch.
Pakamara working hard to break the clinch.
Pakamara looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
McPot has Pakamara pressed against the cage, preventing Pakamara from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

McPot escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The fighters circling - McPot throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
McPot tries to clinch but Pakamara moves out of range.
McPot swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

McPot lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Pakamara pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces McPot back to the cage. Pakamara follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Pakamara closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McPot to the mat! McPot manages to get full guard.

Pakamara stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McPot swivels though and keeps the full guard.

McPot pushes Pakamara away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Pakamara gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

McPot scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
McPot walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pakamara checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

and Pakamara counters with a one-two to the body.

McPot takes the fight into the clinch.
