The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brentwood throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Sweet counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Sweet closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Bruce Brentwood has been cut.
Sweet throws a head kick but Brentwood moves out of range.
Sweet misses with a two punch combination.
Brentwood throws a head kick but Sweet moves out of range.
Brentwood looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Sweet fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Brentwood.
Sweet avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sweet cracks a nice hook into Brentwood's ribs.

Bruce Brentwood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sweet fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Brentwood looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Brentwood throws a lazy head kick
and Sweet counters with a left to the body.
Sweet lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Sweet lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A solid leg kick lands there for Sweet.
Sweet thuds a left hand into Brentwood's body.
Brentwood blocks a head kick by Sweet.
Sweet scores with a body shot.
Brentwood takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sweet misses with a head kick.

Sweet scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

The cut above Bruce Brentwood's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Sweet is looking to wear down Brentwood with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Sweet drops Brentwood with a beautiful combination! Brentwood stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sweet is looking for the KO!

Look low, kick high! Sweet uses the oldest trick in the book to send Brentwood tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Sweet is absolutely delighted - when Brentwood wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
