The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rozanski throws the kick towards the body but Hardman avoids it.

Hardman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rozanski tries to avoid it but Hardman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rozanski to the ground. Rozanski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rozanski shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hardman as he jumps to the side.

Hardman should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Hardman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rozanski was covering up waiting for the punch and Hardman finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Horrible takedown by Rozanski or perhaps it was just good defense by Hardman which made him look bad.

Hardman throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Rozanski tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hardman is in Rozanski's guard.

Rozanski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hardman swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hardman pulls Rozanski in close to his closed guard and prevents Rozanski from doing any damage or advancing position.
Rozanski wanted to stand there but Hardman had control of the position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
