The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boru misses with a head kick.
Boru throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hodges's waist but Hodges gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boru off to one side.

Boru closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hodges did well to prevent Boru getting side control.
Boru seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hodges does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Hodges shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hodges was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Hodges softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Boru is out cold! Hodges jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
