Volohander has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Medved Volohander has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Volohander to the mat! Volohander manages to get full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Volohander preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Brown stands and throws Volohander's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Volohander is breathing heavily.
Brown wants to lay and pray for a moment but Volohander keeps working.
Brown is chipping away with strikes.
Brown is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Volohander will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Brown lands a strong strike to the head of Volohander. That's dazed him! Brown looking to finish here. Volohander is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Brown lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
