Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Superior Heavyweight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Maxim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heavyweight is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Superior Heavyweight looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maxim lands a jab to the head.
Heavyweight is breathing heavily.
Heavyweight takes one to the chin there.
Maxim listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Maxim rushes Heavyweight and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Maxim landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Maxim manages to break the clinch.
Heavyweight takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A combination from Maxim does no damage.
Maxim throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Heavyweight stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Superior Heavyweight seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maxim connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Maxim lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Heavyweight is rocked!
Maxim cracks Heavyweight with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Heavyweight looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Maxim finish him?
Oh Heavyweight is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Superior Heavyweight's cut is getting worse.
Heavyweight drops his hands momentarily. Maxim doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Heavyweight staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Heavyweight doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
