Morgan comes to the cage accompanied by Captain Morgan's Revenge. Kiwi Bird is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Morgan buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Morgan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bird's head backwards.
Morgan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bird stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Morgan lands a big head kick that sends Bird tumbling to the mat! Morgan takes a step backwards and waves Bird back to his feet - he wants the finish!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bird leaves his chin hanging out and Morgan seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Bird crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

A relieved looking Simon Morgan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
