Boldin has chosen My time is now as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Robert Boldin acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allon misses with a series of wild punches.
Allon throws a left and a right that both miss
and Boldin finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Allon throws a push kick but Boldin slaps the foot to one side.
Boldin connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Allon to the floor! Boldin dives in looking for the finish!
It looks like Gim Allon has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Boldin stands up and beckons Allon to join him on the feet.
Boldin clinches up against the cage.
Boldin with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Boldin tries to stall but Allon uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Boldin landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Allon is breathing heavily.
Allon struggles to land a body shot inside as Boldin controls his hands.
Boldin stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Allon blocks the elbow strike.
Boldin lands a nice elbow.
Boldin tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Allon avoids it.

Allon wants to get back to striking at distance but Boldin won't allow it.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Boldin.
Allon tries to throw a body punch but Boldin avoids it by throwing Allon back against the cage.
Allon lands an elbow inside.

Boldin tries to stall but Allon uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Allon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Boldin doesn't manage to clinch there - Allon circles away.

Allon throws the left hand but Boldin avoids the punch easily.
Allon swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Boldin counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Boldin looks at the referee who does nothing so Boldin lands a crushing right that sends Allon to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robert Boldin!
A determined Robert Boldin didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
