Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Doug Camcho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clay Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Camcho comes into the arena with Higher Ground blaring out of the sound system. Doug Camcho has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Clay Jones!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camcho lands a nice hook to Jones's body. Jones takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Camcho lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jones tries to clinch
and Camcho counters with a thumping low kick.
Jones throws a series of strikes that have Camcho backpedaling.

Camcho clinches up with Jones and pushes him back against the cage.

Camcho escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A jab from Camcho finds it's way through Jones's defenses.
Camcho thuds his right hand into Jones's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A slapping leg kick lands for Camcho.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Camcho closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jones quickly recovers to half guard.

In his post fight interview, Doug Camcho started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
