Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leo Clarke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Johns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Johns's choice of entrance music: By the Sword - Slash. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johns fakes the leg kick and cracks Clarke in the body.
Johns throws a body punch but Clarke moves out of range.
Johns throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Clarke uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Johns gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Clarke lands a nice looking body shot.
Clarke catches Johns with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A head kick misses from Clarke.
Johns takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Leo Clarke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Clarke shoots in for a double leg but Johns sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

It looks like Leo Clarke has been cut.

Johns throws a wild body kick that Clarke sees coming a mile off.
Clarke throws a left and a right that both miss
and Johns connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Clarke throws a body punch but Johns moves out of range.
Clarke slips a straight right by Johns.
Johns tests Clarke's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Clarke thuds his right hand into Johns's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Clarke tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Johns walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Clarke checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Johns fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Clarke has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Clarke is breathing heavily.

Clarke doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Johns throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Clarke chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Johns can pounce on him.
Clarke misses with an uppercut. Johns saw that one coming.
A jab from Clarke misses.
Johns misses with a head kick.
Johns just misses with a punch to the body.
Clarke misses with the combination.
Johns feints and then cracks Clarke's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Clarke down.
Johns tries a low kick but Clarke avoids it.
Johns swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Clarke doesn't manage to clinch there - Johns circles away.
Johns jabs at Clarke's body.
Clarke is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Johns lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Johns cracks Clarke with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Johns bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Clarke's head backwards.

Clarke throws a lazy head kick
and Johns counters with a big right hand! Oh Clarke is in trouble here! Johns follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
