The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from David.
David misses with a hook.

Henderson rushes David and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
David tries to stall but Henderson uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Henderson gets underhooks to prevent David's takedown attempt.

David tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Henderson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
David throws a jab when Henderson was well out of range.

David rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Henderson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

David seems to have got his legs back now.

David throws a hook to the side of Henderson's head but Henderson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Henderson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Henderson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. David doesn't seem bothered though.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Henderson throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends David stumbling backwards into the cage! David bounces back off the cage towards Henderson, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Henderson lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Henderson celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
