Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sam Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Fritz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fritz has chosen Metallica - Enter Sandman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper scores with a nice right hand.
Cooper wants to clinch up but Fritz keeps it at a distance.
Sam Cooper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cooper misses with a double jab.
Cooper looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Cooper tries to clinch but Fritz is having none of it.
Cooper clinches up with Fritz and pushes him back against the cage.
Cooper breaks the clinch.
Cooper closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Cooper lands in his opponent's guard.
Fritz is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Cooper frees his head nicely. Oh but Fritz has switched to an armbar! Cooper is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
