Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowling keeps the fight on the outside.
Van Damme avoids a punch combination nicely.
Van Damme looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Bowling!
Bowling is in all sorts of trouble here.
Bowling tries to hold on but Van Damme postures up.
Bowling keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bowling bucks up and throws Van Damme to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape!
Bowling throws a right and a left that Van Damme avoids nicely.
Bowling thuds his right hand into Van Damme's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Van Damme shoots in and drives through. Bowling sprawls well.

Bowling shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Van Damme defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bowling.

Bowling has hold of Van Damme's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Van Damme manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Van Damme is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bowling is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Bowling extends the arm and Van Damme is forced to tap!

A determined Roger Bowling didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
