Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vinny Palermo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Roosmalen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Palermo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rock You Like a Hurricane by Scorpion. Stefan Roosmalen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palermo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Roosmalen shoots in looking for a takedown. Palermo tries to sprawl out of it but Roosmalen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Palermo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A nice leg kick lands there from Roosmalen.

That's time! Palermo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Roosmalen lands with a hook. Palermo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Palermo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Palermo throws a right and a left that Roosmalen avoids nicely.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Roosmalen has cracked Palermo with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Roosmalen lands another huge swinging hook and Palermo tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Palermo, before Roosmalen can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Stefan Roosmalen!
