Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edmond Dantes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Magnum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dantes throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Magnum counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Edmond Dantes has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dantes scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Magnum uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dantes.
Magnum slips a jab from Dantes.
Dantes jabs Magnum to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Dantes loads up on a big right hand but Magnum slips the punch.
Magnum takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Magnum throws a right hand that Dantes ducks under and follows up with a left that Dantes also avoids with ease.
Magnum lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Magnum slips a straight right by Dantes.
Magnum works the jab nicely.
Magnum slips a jab and a cross from Dantes.
Magnum looks to score with a jab to the body but Dantes is just out of range.

Dantes tries a head kick but it misses.
Dantes throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Dantes lands a leg kick that knocks Magnum off balance momentarily.
Dantes misses with a kick to the body.
Dantes connects with a body shot that sends Magnum's belly button to the back.

Dantes swings widly with a right hand
and Magnum connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Magnum punishes Dantes's body with a nice straight punch.
Dantes scores with a head kick. Magnum tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dantes's jab looks to have found its range, popping Magnum under the eye.
Magnum's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dantes connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Magnum scrambles back to his feet.
Magnum is rocked!
That has opened up Pete Magnum's cut even more.
Magnum walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Dantes! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!

Edmond Dantes decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
