Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Grayson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hayden OKeeffe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grayson comes to the cage accompanied by Ante up - M.O.P. Terrance Grayson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OKeeffe lands an overhand right.
Grayson is looking to clinch.

Grayson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
OKeeffe has a hand on Grayson's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Grayson takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Grayson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But OKeeffe has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from OKeeffe!

OKeeffe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and OKeeffe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Grayson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

OKeeffe is trying to control Grayson's posture but Grayson avoids it.

Grayson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed OKeeffe's head.

Grayson stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows OKeeffe to get to his feet.

Grayson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

OKeeffe drops back, looking for a kneebar! Grayson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Grayson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Grayson!

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Terrance Grayson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Grayson wants to get back to his feet but OKeeffe is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
OKeeffe postures up in Grayson's guard and throws a big left but Grayson blocks it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
OKeeffe is looking to sweep but instead, Grayson has passed into half guard.
Grayson throws a strike but OKeeffe avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Grayson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

OKeeffe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Grayson's guard.

Grayson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. OKeeffe can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
