Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krzysztof Zakrzewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zakrzewski moves into the clinch successfully.
Henderson misses with a punch on the inside.

Zakrzewski manages to break the clinch.
Henderson tries to clinch up.
Henderson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Henderson.
Zakrzewski doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Henderson counters with a left and a right that stings Zakrzewski.

Krzysztof Zakrzewski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Zakrzewski counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Zakrzewski.

Henderson tries to close the distance and clinch but Zakrzewski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Henderson fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Zakrzewski checks it well.
Zakrzewski looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and Zakrzewski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Henderson tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Zakrzewski manages to pull guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Henderson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Henderson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Zakrzewski throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Henderson tries to free his leg and advance position but Zakrzewski is retaining full guard.

Zakrzewski is looking to sinch up a triangle. Henderson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Zakrzewski's body to avoid the submission. Zakrzewski has instead reached around Henderson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Zakrzewski arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
