Aleksander comes to the cage accompanied by Backbone - Gojira. Ivan Aleksander has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aleksander misses with a body shot.
Aleksander stuns DaCrapulation with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Aleksander keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Theodor DaCrapulation has been cut.
Aleksander misses with a wild body shot.
Aleksander is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by DaCrapulation.
Aleksander moves out of range of the leg kick from DaCrapulation.
Aleksander avoids the head kick by DaCrapulation.
Aleksander blocks a head kick by DaCrapulation.
Aleksander misses with a jab, cross combination.
Aleksander connects with the punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Aleksander throws an overhand right that lands on DaCrapulation's shoulder, as DaCrapulation tries to avoid the shot.
Aleksander connects with a body shot that sends DaCrapulation's belly button to the back.
DaCrapulation fails with the takedown.

Aleksander fakes high and swings low for a body shot but DaCrapulation manages to avoid it.
DaCrapulation takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A nice combination there by Aleksander.
Aleksander will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Aleksander cracks DaCrapulation with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Aleksander has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning DaCrapulation to stand back up!

DaCrapulation is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Aleksander fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Aleksander lands a slapping body shot.

DaCrapulation needs to keep his hands up - Aleksander had a free shot at his head there.
DaCrapulation is still on wobbly legs! Can Aleksander finish him?

DaCrapulation seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Aleksander shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! DaCrapulation is backing up but Aleksander catches him with a final right hook that drops him! DaCrapulation covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Aleksander Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
