Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Paul Gruel and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aces scores with a nice head shot.
Bond tries to score a power double leg takedown but Aces sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bond somewhat.
A combination from Aces does no damage.
Bond is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Aces misses with a wild combination.
Bond throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aces.
Bond shoots in but Aces avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Aces tries a head kick but it misses.
Aces misses with a body shot.
Aces works over Bond's head and body with a nice combination.
Aces misses with a double jab.
Bond misses with a series of wild punches.
Aces displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
It looks like Walter Bond has been cut.

Aces throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bond's head.
Aces circles away from the clinch attempt.

Bond takes the fight into the clinch.
Bond pulls guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bond bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Aces's guard.
Bond controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Bond tries to free his leg and advance position but Aces is retaining full guard.

Aces is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bond is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bond gets to his feet. Aces looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Aces swinging wildly here.
Bond ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bond shoots for a takedown but Aces saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jonny Aces has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Walter Bond.

Aces thuds his right hand into Bond's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Bond throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aces.

Aces displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bond.
Aces thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bond fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Aces scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Bond changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Aces tries to avoid it but Bond manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Aces to the ground. Aces escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Aces leaves Bond with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Donk. Aces catches Bond right on the button with a cross.
Aces connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Aces throws a right hand that Bond ducks under and follows up with a left that Bond also avoids with ease.

A punch combination from Aces misses.
Aces throws a series of strikes that have Bond backpedaling.
Bond is rocked!

Aces walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Bond drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Aces swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Bond's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jonny Aces!
Jonny Aces was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
