Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddie Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcia comes to the cage accompanied by In Da Club. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Garcia.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Garcia is defended easily by Morgan.
Morgan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Morgan lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Freddie Garcia has been cut.

so Garcia counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Garcia keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Morgan's head.

Garcia drops back looking for a leg! Morgan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Morgan manages to kick Garcia off! Garcia jumps back into Morgan's guard.
Garcia is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Garcia stands and throws Morgan's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Garcia lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Morgan down.

Morgan is rocked!
Garcia cracks Morgan with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Garcia immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Morgan is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Garcia!
