Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brian Harvey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Veron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harvey comes to the cage accompanied by E-17 . The crowd seem to be enjoying Veron's choice of entrance music: Breathe - Prodigy. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Hugo Veron was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Josh West and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Veron misses.
That kick from Harvey tenderised Veron's leg. Veron is trying to keep his angry face on.
A left lands for Harvey.
Harvey gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Veron.
Harvey shoots in but Veron avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Harvey keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Harvey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Veron paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Harvey is trying to pull guard but Veron turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Harvey can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Veron controls the pace.
Veron really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harvey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Harvey is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Veron defends well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Veron dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Harvey. That did some damage!
Harvey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Veron sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Harvey somewhat.
Veron lets loose with a powerful body kick. Harvey will feel that in the morning.
Harvey shoots in looking for a takedown. Veron tries to sprawl out of it but Harvey keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Veron manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Hugo Veron is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Harvey ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Veron lands a nice leg kick that just misses Harvey's sensitive parts.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Hugo Veron is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Harvey decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Veron pushes Harvey off looking to stand but Harvey dives back in and keeps control.
Veron has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Harvey is working away from the top position though.

Brian Harvey overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

After winning the bout, Brian Harvey thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
