The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker throws a hook to the side of TupperIII's head but TupperIII sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Parker closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. TupperIII did well to prevent Parker getting side control.

Parker is nestled in close to TupperIII, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The referee warns TupperIII that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

TupperIII is bucking up trying to escape but Parker cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Parker cracks TupperIII with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Parker lands with some vicious ground and pound - can TupperIII hang on?

Parker loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have TupperIII scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Parker land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Parker stands and salutes the crowd.
