PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tadayoshi Ishimaru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naruto Uzumaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ishimaru's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Break. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tadayoshi Ishimaru!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Naruto Uzumaki!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishimaru tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Uzumaki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Ishimaru connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Uzumaki momentarily.

and Ishimaru counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Uzumaki tries to bum rush Ishimaru with a series of wild strikes but Ishimaru uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
