Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Lipkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Benoit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benoit comes into a darkened arena with his song building. New Noise kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benoit throws a low kick but Lipkin moves out of range easily.
Lipkin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Benoit manages to avoid it.
Benoit throws a nice looking combination but Lipkin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Benoit looks to clinch
and Lipkin counters with a nice low kick that buckles Benoit's knee momentarily.
Benoit throws a head kick but Lipkin moves out of range.
Lipkin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Benoit thuds a left hand into Lipkin's body.
Lipkin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Benoit moves in looking to clinch but Lipkin pushes him off.
Benoit looks to clinch
and Lipkin counters with a slapping leg kick.
Lipkin throws a head kick but Benoit moves out of range.
Lipkin fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Benoit has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
A chopping leg kick lands by Lipkin.
Lipkin scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lipkin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Lipkin is trying to control the action in half guard but Benoit is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Benoit keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Benoit wants to get back to his feet.

Lipkin trying to pass the guard but Benoit defending well.
Lipkin stops Benoit from getting back to his feet.
Benoit looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Lipkin scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Benoit wants to improve his position but Lipkin is controlling well.

Benoit is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Benoit trying desperately to get to his feet.
Lipkin fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Lipkin looking to secure an arm triangle but Benoit defends it well.
Lipkin cracks Benoit with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Benoit is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Lipkin trying to control but Benoit is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lipkin landing strikes, looking to finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lipkin postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Benoit is out cold - huge knockout for Lipkin!
