Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rupert Harmsworthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Algirdas Gdailis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Harmsworthy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Big Balls. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harmsworthy's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gdailis under the eye.
Harmsworthy scores with a jab. Gdailis acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Gdailis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Harmsworthy pinned against the cage. Harmsworthy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Harmsworthy lands a slapping body shot.

Gdailis shoots in for a takedown but Harmsworthy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Rupert Harmsworthy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Algirdas Gdailis.
Gdailis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Harmsworthy as he avoids it easily.

Gdailis drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Harmsworthy is trying to control the position but Gdailis postures up.
Gdailis must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Gdailis throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Harmsworthy works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Harmsworthy wants to sweep but no luck.
Harmsworthy is working hard here to advance position.
Gdailis is looking to work some ground and pound but Harmsworthy has wrist control.
Harmsworthy manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Gdailis is desperately trying to improve his position but Harmsworthy has a good base and remains in mount.

Harmsworthy is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Gdailis to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Gdailis shrugs it off.

Harmsworthy with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Gdailis throws a strike but has given up his back in the process.

Harmsworthy working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Gdailis is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Harmsworthy has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Gdailis taps out!
