The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taiskogo pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Jackson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jackson.

Quantrelle Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jackson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Taiskogo is trying to escape and Jackson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Taiskogo is forced to tap! Nice work there by Jackson! Very nice indeed!
