Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kursch Ikenhar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ikenhar kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Andromeda - Starshooter Supreme. Kursch Ikenhar could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Brandon Logan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Logan fails with an attempt to clinch.
Logan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ikenhar tries to avoid it but Logan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ikenhar to the ground. Ikenhar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Logan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ikenhar manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Logan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ikenhar sprawls well. Ikenhar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Logan gets slowly back to his feet.
Logan fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ikenhar avoids it really well and circles away.
Kursch Ikenhar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Logan.
Ikenhar tries to bum rush Logan with a series of wild strikes but Logan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ikenhar unloads with some shots from mount but Logan bucks and avoids them well.

Ikenhar is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Logan has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Logan tries to reverse the position but Ikenhar maintains control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Logan wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Ikenhar.
Logan is looking to improve his position but Ikenhar isn't that keen on the idea.

Ikenhar jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Logan manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Logan prevents Ikenhar from improving position.

Ikenhar tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Ikenhar is looking to take a break and control but Logan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Logan is trying to control Ikenhar's posture but Ikenhar avoids it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ikenhar is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Logan will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Logan tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Logan scores with a hook to the body. Ikenhar takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Logan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Logan shoots in but no luck this time.
Kursch Ikenhar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Logan.
Logan tries for a takedown but Ikenhar sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Logan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Logan keeps the fight on the outside.

Logan shoots in looking for a takedown but Ikenhar manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Logan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Logan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Ikenhar uses from the top position.

Ikenhar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Logan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Brandon Logan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Logan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Ikenhar tries to keep at a distance but Logan has taken the fight into the clinch.
Ikenhar jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Logan walks away with a smile on his face. Ikenhar gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Logan shoots in but Ikenhar avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Ikenhar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Logan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ikenhar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Logan keeps working.
Logan is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Ikenhar has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Brandon Logan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Logan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
