PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between timmy lupus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think lupus might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to click clik boom. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

lupus shoots for a double leg takedown but Torres sprawls well. He's pushed lupus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

lupus feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

lupus had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Torres is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. lupus Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Torres 's back instead.

Torres manages to stand up with lupus still on his back. Eventually lupus drops to his feet and we're back in the standing position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well Torres has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
