Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buckley Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samoa Rome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rome has chosen Samoan Death as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rome shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Armstrong has given up his back.
I really don't envy Armstrong right now.
Rome doesn't have the hooks in and Armstrong manages to turn into his guard.
Rome wants to sweep here but Armstrong controlling him for the moment.

Rome working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Armstrong doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Armstrong manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Rome drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rome jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
