Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rand Al Thor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ok Ko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Al Thor comes to the cage accompanied by Dragon's Gonna Getcha. Rand Al Thor has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Ko.
Al Thor throws a lazy head kick
and Ko counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Al Thor fails to land with a series of punches.
Ko stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Al Thor.
Al Thor tries to score with a low kick but Ko moves his leg out of the way.
Al Thor misses with a leg kick
and Ko counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Al Thor thinking.
Ko keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Al Thor is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Al Thor is looking to score with low kicks.
Al Thor throws the kick towards the body but Ko avoids it.
Al Thor pivots, looking for a leg kick but Ko is out of range and Al Thor settles back down.

and Ko counters with a straight right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Al Thor steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ko.

Jab, jab by Ko - just one landing.
Both fighters circling a little - Al Thor finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Ko throws a combination. Al Thor tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Al Thor looks to score with a jab to the body but Ko is just out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ko swings for the body but Al Thor moves out of range.
Al Thor throws a push kick but Ko slaps the foot to one side.
Al Thor thows a leg kick but Ko checks it
and Ko counters with a leg kick.
Ko checks a low kick from Al Thor.
Rand Al Thor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed right hand from Al Thor misses the target.
Al Thor avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ko blocks a head kick by Al Thor.
Ko dodges the punch combination from Al Thor.
Al Thor connects with a solid leg kick.

Ko lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Al Thor throws a push kick but Ko slaps the foot to one side.
Al Thor misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ko throws a body punch but Al Thor moves out of range.
Some wild striking there from Ko.
Al Thor goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A low kick from Al Thor is predictable there

and Ko counters with a crisp one two that drops Al Thor! Ko thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Al Thor to his feet! Al Thor is in big trouble!

Al Thor is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Oh Al Thor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ko steps in with a hook that catches Al Thor right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Ko follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Al Thor looks absolutely devastated.
