Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Handsome Cpw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake LaMotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cpw comes into the arena with Steve McQueen blaring out of the sound system. LaMotta has chosen Cavalleria Rusticana: Intermezzo as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Handsome Cpw!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
27 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake LaMotta!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaMotta tries to clinch but Cpw moves away
and Cpw counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Cpw stuffs the takedown attempt from LaMotta. LaMotta gets slowly back to his feet.
LaMotta fails with an attempt to clinch.
Cpw scores with a jab to the jaw.
Cpw stuffs the takedown.
Handsome Cpw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cpw scores with a shot to the body.
A telegraphed right hand from Cpw misses the target.
LaMotta fails to land the takedown.
Handsome Cpw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake LaMotta.
Cpw comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Cpw cracks LaMotta with a good jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
LaMotta misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Cpw slaps away a takedown attempt from LaMotta, before circling back to the center of the mat.
LaMotta wants to clinch but Cpw slips to the side
and Cpw counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Cpw tests LaMotta's chin there with a solid looking shot.
LaMotta has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
LaMotta finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Cpw's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and LaMotta falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Handsome Cpw!
