Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spinbob Cantrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker comes to the cage accompanied by Unholy Confessions by Avenged Sevenfold. Cantrell has chosen Scorpions - Winds of Change as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Walker has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Cantrell is trying to keep an underhook but Walker manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Cantrell stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cantrell wants it to stay on the feet.

Walker swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Cantrell is now in Walker's guard. A big mistake from Walker there, giving up the dominant position!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Walker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cantrell is fending him off so far but Walker persists. Nope, Cantrell circles away and we're back to standing.

Cantrell pivots, looking for a leg kick but Walker is out of range and Cantrell settles back down.
Cantrell fails with an attempt to clinch.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Walker, as that shot connected.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Cantrell enables Walker to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Cantrell manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Paul Walker will probably get the nod.

Walker throws out a loose jab but Cantrell uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cantrell throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Walker sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Cantrell will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Paul Walker.
