Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iron Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Assassin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Roger Salmon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez fails to land with a series of punches.
Assassin throws a right and a left that Velasquez avoids nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Assassin lands a glancing blow to the side of Velasquez's head.

It looks like Iron Velasquez has been cut.
Velasquez staying out of range there.
Velasquez looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Velasquez tries to bum rush Assassin with a series of wild strikes but Assassin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Velasquez misses with a hook. Assassin ducked under it nicely.
Assassin swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Velasquez.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Velasquez bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Assassin misses with a hook.
The fighters circle momentarily. Assassin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Assassin dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A big right from Assassin misses.
Velasquez thows a body shot but no joy.
Assassin throws a hook but Velasquez avoids it easily.
Assassin moves away from the strike by Velasquez.
Assassin ducks under a wild hook from Velasquez.

Assassin drops Velasquez with a nice combination! Assassin dives into Velasquez's guard, looking to finish!

Velasquez is rocked!
Velasquez is breathing heavily.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Assassin gets to his feet - Velasquez follows without any prompting.
Oh Velasquez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Assassin fails to land with a series of punches.
Velasquez seems to have got his legs back now.
Assassin connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Velasquez is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Velasquez throws an overhand right that lands on Assassin's shoulder, as Assassin tries to avoid the shot.
Assassin clobbers Velasquez with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Oh Velasquez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A combination from Velasquez does no damage.
Velasquez seems to have got his legs back now.
Velasquez gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Assassin points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Velasquez wakes up just in time to hear Assassin thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
