Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bolek Lolkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksandr Senichev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Senichev has chosen Lady Gaga - Just Dance as his entrance music. Aleksandr Senichev is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lolkowski has closed the distance and engaged Senichev in a clinch.

Lolkowski wants the takedown. Senichev is fighting it off but Lolkowski persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Senichev's guard against the cage.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Lolkowski controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lolkowski's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

We're going to have a standup here because Bolek Lolkowski wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Senichev enables Lolkowski to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Senichev manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Senichev throws a nice looking combination but Lolkowski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Senichev shoots for a double leg takedown but Lolkowski sprawls well. He's pushed Senichev's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Lolkowski counters with a nice double leg into side control. Senichev won't be happy with that.
Bolek Lolkowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aleksandr Senichev.

Lolkowski stands up and beckons Senichev to his feet.

Lolkowski shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lolkowski showed some decent athleticism there.

Lolkowski uses his free foot to push down on Senichev's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Senichev.

Lolkowski seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Senichev for as long as he can get away with.

The referee warns Senichev that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

It looks like Aleksandr Senichev has been cut.

Lolkowski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Senichev to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Senichev shrugs it off.
