Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nick Nutella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiwi Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bird has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nutella lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
A left and a right from Nutella both land. Nice combination.
Nutella scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Bird takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Bird should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Bird looks gassed!
Nutella throws a combination. Bird tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Bird is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nutella throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Bird is still on wobbly legs! Can Nutella finish him?
Bird walks into a jab.
No joy there for Nutella, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nutella lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Nutella lands a hook that stumbles Bird back into the cage. Nutella follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Bird to the canvas! Nutella pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Bird has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
