Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Shots.
Shots dives in and grabs Hunt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hunt pushes down on Shots's head and hops out.
Shots doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Shots. Hunt does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hunt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shots circles away quickly and effectively.
Shots tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hunt swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A nice leg kick lands there from Hunt.
Hunt lands a head kick!
Hunt throws a nice inside leg kick.
Mike Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shots moves in looking to clinch but Hunt pushes him off.
Shots is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Shots closes the distance and clinches.
Hunt is trying to stall.

Shots escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hunt slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Shots.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for JarJar Shots. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Shots shoots and misses
and Hunt counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Shots is breathing heavily.

Nice body punch from Hunt.
Hunt scores with a hook to the body. Shots takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hunt throws a quick inside leg kick.
Hunt throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Shots crashing down! Shots tries to stagger back to his feet but Hunt just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Shots asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
