The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hioki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Skylar manages to avoid it.
Hioki misses with a takedown attempt - Skylar sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hioki is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Skylar's half guard.
Hioki thows a huge punch but Skylar dodges it nicely.
Hioki throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Still in half guard, Hioki seems content to control.
