Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Conner Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Millar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kent kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Superman Theme Song. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Millar closes the distance and clinches.
Kent is trying to force a seperation but Millar has the dominant position.
Millar gets control of Kent's arms and successfully pulls guard. Millar will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Millar thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Millar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kent can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Millar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Kent tries to stand but Millar is controlling from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kent throws a strike but Millar rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Millar is looking to work some ground and pound but Kent has wrist control.
Millar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kent swivels though and keeps the full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Millar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Millar throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Millar throws a big elbow that misses.
Millar chips away with some ground and pound.
Kent not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Millar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Millar loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Millar makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Millar is looking to work some ground and pound but Kent has wrist control.
Millar trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Millar chips away with some ground and pound.
Millar working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kent's head.
Kent is rocked!
Millar gets to his feet and stands over Kent, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Kent felt that one! Millar unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Kent from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dan Millar!
Dan Millar decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
