Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edmund Dantes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dantes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thompson was well out of range. Poor timing from Dantes.
Thompson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dantes manages to avoid it.

Dantes decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Dantes is controlling the pace.

Dantes is looking for a kimura but Thompson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dantes to get the leverage.

Dantes is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Thompson is just riding it out for now. Dantes eventually gives up the hold.
