Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stephoune Father (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabrice Prince (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Prince's choice of entrance music: Muzion - La vi ti neg. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

and Father decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Prince's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Father wants to pass the guard but Prince is keeping the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Stephoune Father just wasn't active enough.

and Father counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Father has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Father there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Stephoune Father has been cut.

Father scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Prince doesn't seem bothered though.

Prince throws a right hand that Father ducks under and follows up with a left that Father also avoids with ease.
No joy there for Prince, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Prince enables Father to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Prince manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
