Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jaemin Jeong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Bowes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeong comes to the cage accompanied by Itaewon Freedom - UV feat JY Park. Bowes comes into a darkened arena with his song building. till I collapse- Eminem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jaemin Jeong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jeong tries for a takedown but Bowes circles away easily
letting Bowes counter with a right hand.
Jaemin Jeong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bowes connects with a looping right hand.
Bowes scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A punch combination from Bowes misses.
A slapping body kick lands there for Jeong.
Jeong motions for Bowes to come forward. Jeong throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Jeong throws a solid leg kick but Bowes takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Jeong.
Jeong moves out of range as Bowes strikes.
Bowes throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Nice uppercut lands for Bowes. That snapped Jeong's head back.

Jeong looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Bowes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jeong. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bowes is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Jeong gets his way!

Jeong wants to finish this one by submission but Bowes is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Jeong.
Bowes is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jeong goes for an armbar but Bowes turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Bowes.

Jeong tried to score with a low kick but Bowes checks it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jeong.
Jeong tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bowes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jeong throws a front kick aimed at Bowes's knee but Bowes avoids it well.
Jeong thows a body shot but no joy.
Bowes displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jeong.
Bowes swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Jeong fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bowes to the ground. Jeong is now in Bowes's guard.
Jeong tries to free his leg and advance position but Bowes is retaining full guard.
Jeong wants to control from the top but Bowes keeps moving.

Jeong drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bowes dives on top into guard.
Jeong looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bowes is one step ahead there.
Bowes stays in close to Jeong's body and controls the position.

Jeong had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bowes defends it easily.
Jeong manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Bowes tries to roll but Jeong sticks to his back.

After the fight, Jaemin Jeong was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
