Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Larocque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony McKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKenzie has chosen Manchester Orchestra - Virgin as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larocque misses with a series of wild punches.
McKenzie lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bryan Larocque seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Larocque swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McKenzie connects with a crisp jab.

It looks like Bryan Larocque has been cut.
McKenzie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Larocque throws an off balance right hand
letting McKenzie counter with a right hand.
McKenzie dives in and grabs Larocque's left leg, looking for a takedown. Larocque pushes down on McKenzie's head and hops out.
McKenzie misses with a few strikes there.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Larocque lands a jab to McKenzie's midsection.
McKenzie wants to clinch up but Larocque keeps it at a distance.
Larocque lands with a nice combination. McKenzie backs away looking to recover.
Larocque takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Larocque swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and McKenzie holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

McKenzie breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice defenses there by McKenzie.

McKenzie throws a jab when Larocque was well out of range.

McKenzie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Larocque.

McKenzie clinches up with Larocque and pushes him back against the cage.

McKenzie escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McKenzie scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Larocque is rocked!
McKenzie stuns Larocque with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Oh Larocque is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Larocque misses with a hook
and McKenzie counters with a big left hand that crumples Larocque! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
