PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herbie Fleck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and General Zod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fleck comes to the cage accompanied by Trivium - Down From The Sky. General Zod told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zod lands a body shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Zod, as that shot connected.
Fleck avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zod throws a combination. Fleck tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Fleck on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Zod misses with a series of wild punches.
Fleck ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zod moves away.

Zod tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fleck was well out of range. Poor timing from Zod.

Fleck throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Zod lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Fleck can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Zod and Fleck drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Zod.
