The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiminez cracks a nice hook into Redfield's ribs.
Redfield thows a left - swing and a miss!

Redfield tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jiminez swivels and escapes.
Jiminez ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Redfield moves away.
Redfield shoots in but no luck this time.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jiminez creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Redfield tries to throw a body punch but Jiminez avoids it by throwing Redfield back against the cage.

Redfield fails to land with a series of punches.
Redfield throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Redfield really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jiminez lands with a kick to the temple. Redfield shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
