Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Ripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Mills (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mills closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ripper circles away.

Ripper gets the takedown into side control.
Mills takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Ripper misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Mills tries to improve position but can't.
Mills is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ripper off and has taken his back!

Mills lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
